Got a CEL code 23 and different sources show different meanings.

It is a 3.2L v6 auto, did change TPS and MAT sensor, Ignition module checks good, hard to start and when running give it gas and it tries to stall, if you get it past stalling it will run but not too good.
Previous owner said had head gasket changed and assume timing belt too.
To me the stalling seems like timing off, but it idles smooth.

Also had to weld up where exhaust was cut right above 02 and cat on left side. That I thought would maybe take away stalling, with extra 02 getting in exhaust
