Default 1991 Trooper, making duel exhaust is this ok??

I had some serious rust on the exhaust and patched it up last year. It is now rusted in other places so i decided to cut back to good pipe and run duel exhaust all the way out. The side left side has never been exposed to exhaust and there are some cables and lines running on this side. Do they have to be moved before i can put in the muffler and tail pipe? Are these models not supposed to run a duel exhaust? Please help

i don't see any reason why you could not run duel exhaust, just make sure you have enough clearance and you don't have any wires hanging too close to the pipe. allow at least 3-4 inches between pipe and wires.

Default sounds good to me

I dream of doing this myself. Remember, this is a nice standard little jimmy 60 degree engine. Lots of them out there in Chevy S-10s, Blazers and GMC S-15s (86-93). You might follow there lead, just leave room not to burn up like tom clark says.

Here's a link with a few exhaust header comments: http://www.4x4wire.com/tech/60degreeV6/index.htm
