Well, I have a 2000 2.2 liter 5pd rodeo which i began to have some transmission problems in the last 2 weeks or so. The problem is that it is hard to go into 1st gear and reverse sometimes and there is a whining noise sometimes when I let of my foot of the gas in 2nd and 4th gear. I was wondering if anyone knew what this could be the cause of. I know I should probably check the oil level first.
