Thumping noise from Front pass. wheel

Hello everyone! I'm having a problem with my 1998 Isuzu Rodeo, when I'm turning (mostly when I turn right) I hear a loud thumping noise.
I havent taken it in yet. I wanted to see if any of you might know what might be wrong. In the past on other cars I had when I heard that noise it was the ball joint.
