Default Sticking Steering Wheel

Hello All - I am new to the forum, but not new to Isuzus. I previously had a '96 Rodeo and now have a '02 Rodeo Sport hard top and a '03 Rodeo. My current question is related to the Rodeo Sport. When I turn, the steering wheel sticks when returning to center after the turn is complete. This doesn't happen all the time, but mostly on long left hand sweeping turns. From reading up on it on the forum and in Haynes, it seems like it would either be the steering rack or the power steering pump. I thought it could be the ball joints, but from the outside they appear to be in good condition. Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, what is the problem, how is it fixed, how much will it cost and can I do it myself? Keep in mind I change my own oil and do maintenance but have never really torn apart my Isuzu or made major repair on my own. Thanks.

It seems rain problem with your car steering means your steering making problem due to water, you must go to nearest mechanical garage to resolve it some times when steering oil end this kind of problem origin.
