Right front CV Joint removal 95 rodeo

has anyone removed a cv joint from a rodeo? build date of Jan. 95 is there an inner clip in the housing I an missing? If so how do I get to it? I need to get this fixed soon Its starting to snow

yes there is a clip usualy a good hard yank and it will pop right out or a pry bar behind it just be sure not to damage ur seal. i think they call it a pressure clip or something
