Oil in spark plug hole - 2002 Isuzu Rodeo
My rodeo started running like garbage yesterday. Sputturing like it wasn't getting enough gas, and it just started. So I filled up yesterday and got some cheap gas, and thought that was it. I put some octane booster and cleaner in the gas, and went and got a premium gas 93 octane and filled half the tank with it. It didn't resolve the issue.
I have been putting off changing the spark plugs so thought that would be my next step. I replaced the first two, and on the third, I noticed the plug was covered in oil. I removed the wire from the fourth and checked with my finger and got oil there.
So now, I am thinking it is maybe a gasket of some sorts I need to change. Could anyone give me some advice, and instruction on resolving this? I am competent and can follow directions, however have limited experience under the hood.
Thanks in advance.
