Default New here.

Hello ,Im a 2001 Rodeo owner for a few years now and was wondering if i could get some help.My Rodeo is having problems starting.I recently changed out the battery and negative cable and it seemed to be fine ,except for the times when i had to hit the key 5 times before it engaged. After that it would start fine the rest of the day. Then Last week it wouldnt engage the starter.I heard a clicking like it was trying to but still not crank.I've tried changing the ignition switch witch i thought it might be but no luck still the same. Also checked the fuses ,all good still plus power is getting to the starter. Was wondering if i should replace starter or could it be something else.
Bub.
