I''''m having trouble lately with my MPG. I use to be able to drive over 100
miles on 1/4 tank. Now, I could drive 30 miles and my 1/4 tank is gone. Can
anyone tell me what''''s happening? Is there anything I could do to fix the
problem? Thank you.

What is your actual gas mileage (miles divided by gallons)? Gas gauges are very inaccurate and its not uncommon for the fuel level sending units to go bad.

Alot of things can effect gas mileage. Check your tires for proper inflation. Go a bit higher then isuzu days. Mine calls for 29 psi front and rear, I run 35.

Also the o2 sensors in front of the cat converters can get weak over time and cause it to run rich. Can pick up a few mpg by replacing them if they are going bad.

Looks like your fuel level sender is going bad since 1/4 tank in 30 miles would be around 6 mpg. Hopefully you arent only filling it to 1/4 tank. Rodeos have GM fuel pumps and need to be surrounded by fuel to cool them. Going below 1/4 tank can cause them to over heat and burn out.

18 mpg is actually not bad, its on the high side of average for rodeos.
