I bought a 1998 Rodeo that hasn't ran in 3yrs. I put 2.5 gals of fresh gas, charged the battery and it fired right up. I started driving it home and it would constantly try to die under load. It would run at idle but try to give it some gas to get up a hill and the RPMs dropped to zero. Finally got it home and tried to siphon the gas but I cannot get the hose to go in more than a foot. The gas gauge does not work so idk how much gas is in it. Other than letting it run at idle till it runs out of gas idk what else to do. Any tips?
