It could be a broken intake manifold gasket. I'm not sure if that would cause it to idle high, but I know '99s are prone to the gaskets (actually its plastic) breaking. You can try spraying areas you suspect of having a leak with carb cleaner or wd-40. If there is a leak you should hear the idle change. |
