HELP! Passport vs Rodeo motor question

I''m looking at motor today that is from a 98 Honda Passport. It''s a 3.2L V6 DOHC just like my 98 Isuzu Rodeo motor. What I want to know is whether the motor swap would be a direct bolt in, or if Honda decided to change anything in particular like the wiring harness, etc. It mates up to an automatic tranny. Thanks to any who can help.
