Hi all,
So i'm taking my head in for a preasure,surface,valve job at the local machine shop $330. Since i got her all opened up i'm going to to do some extras I could use any suggestions from anyone who has done this before this is my first. So far I plan on changing the following:
-Spark Plug wires
-Spark Plugs
-Coil Pack
-Valve cover Gasket
-Exhaust Manifold Gasket
-Intake Manifold Gasket
-Throttle Body gasket
-New Head bolts-
-Head seal
-Timing belt
-Timing belt idlers/tensioner
-water pump
-Fuel injectors

Machine shop just called and asked for a stem seal kit so I guess my heads are good to go. Whooo I was having nitemares about the shop calling and saying my head was cracked or somehow un-repairable.

 

Found possible culprit, While I was getting the head cleaned off from the old gasket I noticed that the gasket was burned out between cylinder 1-2 possible reason why I was getting 25 psi at cylinders 1-2. Well good to have the head/valve job anyway since I pulled them off.
