ECU prices

If things don't go well I might be up for a new ECU in the next couple months and I was wondering what sort of prices they go for.
Any info would be helpful.
1998 Rodeo LX with the 3.2L DOHC (6VD1), details on the ECU are as follows:
Isuzu I-tech Module
12V 8971771531
EPC-F104 D4 8130
