Well after installing a new battery, plugs, cap/rotor, IAC, fuel filter, and air filter, the car still runs rough when cold for a bunch of seconds and sometimes stalls. Any ideas? TPS?

Could be a dirty IAC (idle air control). Its supposed to help richen the mixture when cold the way a choke used to on carbed engines.

Oops missed in the first post you said you did that. Umm.. fuel pressure regulator, coolant temp sensor, intake manifold gasket, tps, not sure what else would cause it.
