control arm bushing
It looks like I may have to replace the bushings on my upper control arm, driver side. If I''m going to replace one side then I''ll do both. My question is should I also do the bottom control arm? The other problem is that I cannot find the bushings in my area( Vancouver British Columbia), if any Canadian Isuzu rodeo owners are part of this forum could you please point me in the right direction.
thanks
oh yeah my vehicle is an 1998 Isuzu rodeo 4wd 3.2 v6
You could try going to a Honda dealer and tell them its for a Passport (rebadged rodeo). Or sign up with planetisuzoo.com and message Jerry (JLEMOND) or Underdog. They can get them to you cheaper then a local dealer will. Jerry is a retired Isuzu mechanic instructor that still has ties to parts houses. Underdog works for an Isuzu dealer.
I havent done the upper ones in mine but I''ve read they can be a real bear to get the old ones out. I was feeling lazy when my lower ones needed done and took it to a shop. Best $500 labor I''ve spent. Took them all day with the right tools to get the old ones out.
