A.C.does not cool!

2001 rodeo ac does not cool.Compressor kicks on and off but no cold air comes out.Got any ideas?

How long is the compressor staying on for?
Your condenser fan coming on?
If you have access to an ac machine, It would be good to evacuate the system to see how much is actually in there.
