I just got a brand new blower motor thinking it would fix my a/c problem because the old motor wasn't working now the wiring leading up to the motor itself is not working and i checked all the fuses and even the compressor i have a slight hunch that it could be the switches but i do not know.

Check the resistor pack that is inline between the switches and blower motor. It should be mounted on the hvac tubing behind the glove box. Its somewhat common for them to fail. Its what changes the voltage to the motor for the different speeds.

Go to www.myisuzuparts.com at the top where it says part number search paste in 8-97078-452-0 (thats the isuzu part number for your model and year).

When the list comes up click on the camera icon on the right and it will bring up an exploded veiw diagram. It will be part #31 and should be highlighted (scroll to the bottom).
