I have a 99 rodeo with a 3.2 V6. Im about to put a new radiator in monday. how much antifreeze do i need to put in? i know it should be 50 50 with water but i cant seem to find out how much antifreeze i need to put in.

 

I replaced my radiator but can't remember how much i added. But because anti freeze was on sale I purchased two gals, because my lawn mower also is water cooled and just pre mixed the anti freeze with water myself in other containers. after adding the coolant to the new radiator and driving for a 1/4 mile to get ride of the air in the lines i added the rest. My chevy also runs coolant through the transmission. Everytime i try and figure out how much to add i always get it wrong. so it is just easier to pre mix or buy pre mixed coolant.
