I took the covers off my sons Rodeo to check the timing belt, the belt is dryrotted so I was going to replace it but I noticed the belt has alot of slack on the right side. I rotated the motor to make sure it was in time. All the timing marks still line up. Is there supposed to be slack in the belt until the motor turns over?
