My sisters 3.2 Rodeo is acting a little weird. After driving for about
20-30 min. its starts to stumble and then dies. I have changed the fuel filter,
plugs, wires, checked fuel pressure. The check engine light is on, and
around here, diagnostics cost a fortune. I have a sneaky suspicion that
its the EGR. I also am considering breaking it open and throwing a
timing belt on there with a new tensioner. Any help on this problem
would be appreciated even though I know I am being vague.

As you can see bye my previous post, do not touch the timing belt unless you absolutely know what you are doing. My 30 dollar timing belt turned into an apx. 1500 repair job.

I read a post on another site with the same problem. Ended up being the ground on the engine computer. Good luck Edited by: dchappel
