95 Rodeo AntiTheft Bypass?

Disable Ignition Security? Hi, I did a couple of searches here, but didn't find the answer right off. Maybe someone can help.
The thing is, we have just gotten a '95 Rodeo,and there is a chip on the key. You have to insert the key, wait for one beep, then turn the ignition switch , wait for a chirp or two, and THEN you can start it. We'd like to disable all of this business.
