Default 94 rodeo Ticing and belt Squeal

I have a 94 rodeo with the 3.2 Recently started having a nasty squeal when I start the car Naturally changed the belt and checked pulleys for but the squeal is still there. And the other day i was driving and it started to do it only when I pressed my clutch in and after I shut it off the squealling supsided to only happening when the rodeo is started. Some one said if the harm was bad it would make this noise I how ever feel it would be constant if it was the harm. Oh ya and I guess these rodeos are common for ticking in the motor any Idea why and what I need to do to change it ? bad timing belt or something?

The tick for my Rodeo always meant to change the oil and after I did I haven't heard it since, very picky cars I suppose
