I have a 92 Rodeo 5 speed manual with the 3.1-liter V6 in it. I need help, it is consistently cutting out between 2-3k RPMS and the check engine light flashes when it does but never stays on. I have put new plugs and wires, new fuel filter, a new thermostat, distributor and rotor, tested it for a vacuum leak, checked the timing, put a new Fuel injection idle air control valve in it and it still cuts out and is running super rich. The repair shop can read any codes because the check engine light isn't staying on. Sometimes the idle revs up and "gets stuck" at just over 2k RPMS. Could it be fuel pump? Please help
