Hi
Im after some information in regards to the V6 3.2 DOHC ignition coils & if it is possible to use the earlier ignition coils that look identical but have a different part number? I seem to have a coil or 2 breaking down sometimes

So far I have found the following details

My stock ( HOLDEN / ISUZU RODEO 2000 2WD DOHC V6 6VD1 ) coils are>

8971363250 / EM11-102 HITACHI
IGC0048
178-8370 BECK / ARNLEY OPTION

The following coils seem to be listed to suit the earlier & similar models to mine but Im guessing they are from the earlier models only?

8970968040 / CM11-101
IGC0047
178-8253 BECK / ARNLEY OPTION

Do both coils have the same voltage input & run on the same OHM's? More importantly are they the same length & if so are they interchangeable?

Im in Australia & there seems to be differences with the year models between the USA & Aus? Can anyone tell me which years are the same

Any help would be greatly appreciated
