Default 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Timing Belt skiped couple tooth

Hi all,
I was getting ready to go to work jumped in car tried to start nothing engine sounded like electric drill wont start.
I took timing belt covers off sought a cracked walnut in lower cover 2 of the tooth ware filed with junk, I head cracked cover I gas squirrel tried to hid nuts in there.
So I replaced timing belt with new one cleaned all parts put it back together it started but it wont pull there is no power and I can hear back fire trough intake.
I did compression test on all 6 cylinders passenger side all 3 120 psi driver side 110, 125,150 psi.
I get following error codes P1312 , P0300 , P0402 , P1290.
When engine is on I removed wires that come to coils on driver side no change in engine runs the same when I unplug wire on passenger side cylinder #1 engine will shout down.

Can someone help here I’m rely confused what could be the problem.
Thanks,,,
