my rodeo when driving it has no power i have to drive making only 20 milesif i go over 20 it looses power and a noise coming from engine like a pining sound and the air flow humms loud ive already change air flow meter can anyone help thanks

 

I don''t know if it''s the same problem but twice since we bought our 01 Rodeo we have had the intake gasket changed for a similar sounding problem. Our truck would even stall out at idle at times. Our current shop has replaced it twice and says it is the material it is made of the "wears out" over time. To put it in perspective, we have replaced it about once every 130000K. Cost about $250 installed. Like a dream after. Good luck.
