I have a 1st gen [''92 3.1L v6 5 speed] and it''s never done this to me before...I had about 5 people try to help me figure out what the problem is and we''re all stumped.

I tried to leave my house yesterday and it wouldn''t start. I tried the whole procedure for starting her up and she just wouldn''tgive in. I had to have someone jump me and I got it to a friends house- which was about 2 or 3 miles from my house-to charge the battery. 2-3 hours later, she doesn''t start. She''s full of fluids & oil, the starter cranks over, there is a clicking noise but it doesn''t sound like the starter or alternator or even batteryand thelights even worked. I know Isuzu''s have a lovely hum from the engine while you''re driving but would it make that much of a difference to not be able to tell what''s not clicking over?

Has anyone ever experience this before? I''m stumped.
