Is the fan only blowing a little bit or is it the temperature thats the problem?

If its temperature, is the temp gauge for the engine getting into normal range (half way)?

If you can hear it change speed in the different positions then the resistor pack is ok, if you only get one speed then the resistor pack could be bad.

If the speeds work, then I would say either the duct work is misaligned or there is debris in the evaporator duct clogging the air flow through the evaporator coil. You would have to remove the blower motor and look inside there to see if something is there and needs cleaned out.

I need to get unlazy and check mine too. It works ok but I think there should be more air coming out.
