I currently have 600ct gold sheets that I am wanting to dye purple. I'm trying to find the best way of doing this. Do I need to strip the gold out of the sheets and if so, how do I do that? And where can I buy the product to do it? ( I live in Texas ) Or can I just dye them purple and they'll look fine? Also, will this harm my sheets? I like them being silky soft and don't want to lose that feel. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
