European headlight/tail light conversions

I am new to this forum (Today !)
I am getting ready to ship my 2000 Amigo overseas and one of the requirements is to convert my headlights and tail lights plus add a rear fog light to meet specs for the country I am going to.
Does anyone have experience or suggestions or idea of cost?

Easy conversion,
remove and replace US units (DO NOT throw away)! with locally available units,
recommend scouring local auto recyclers/wrecking yards.
If all else fails then buy from reputable local auto electric/parts stores or as a last resort from the local Isuzu Dealer /Parts Department.
