These manufacture holes give the mattress a cooler and more airy feel while also making the mattress more comfortable by increasing its softness. Larger these manufactured holes and a latex are, the softer and more comfortable the mattress will become (unless you prefer a firmer mattress in which case you would want less pincore holes).

Go to IKEA and see if it one of theirs, they sell the mattress separate. I had one of these very good value, painted black.
