Default New guy

Hi all,
I owned an 88 Trooper 4 door years ago and had buddies that owned them...
I always enjoyed driving my Trooper..cant really explain it..just fun to drive
I recently picked up a 1990 Trooper 4 door 4 cyl. stick to "refurbish"..I know theres small but loyal following to these Troopers..they dont get the respect of say a Landcruiser but theres something about the simplicity and ruggedness of a good ol Trooper..I am looking forward to getting my Trooper completed and on the road..It sat for 7 yrs..we threw a fuel pump in it and it runs but with 205k miles on the clock I plan to pull the engine and rebuild it..new paint and new interior etc.......I found a really straight and rust free Trooper out here for 500 bucks so I am excited to get it going...
