Hi Everyone

New here, first time using a forum.
We have a 2019 Dmax Xrunner, 30k. Ever since a few months old we have had a knocking sound coming from front side of cab. It happens when we are turning left/right over bumpy sealed roads. We don't take it off road. If I could say what it sounds like it would be similar to a knocking CV joint. We have had it into our mechanic. He couldn't find the issue. He told us to take it back to our dealer.
Dealer said they've had no other issue come back to them. Would anyone on here have had this sort of issue or similar or be able to tell us how to problem solve or where to start to find the issue?

Please be kind, I am not car savvy myself. I know the noise isn't right and it bugs the poop out of me. I would really appreciate your help.
