After the chair is completely dry you can purchase some spray paint made specifically for wicker at the hardware store. If the store does not offer such paint an outdoor enamel will work just as well.

 

If you want to paint outdoor furniture then first start by vacuum to remove the dust and wipe. You can use a wire brush with a scraper to remove elderly paint and rust from the solid portions of wicker furniture. When the furniture is dry, you do check all areas of furniture that require to be repaired. Most loose wicker can be repaired with hot glue or carpenter's glue.
