Hi I just joined. After owning 3 Troopers in the last 15 years I decided to look in on a forum to see whats going on in the Trooper world.


Not to be harsh but the entire forum is a disaster filled with spam bots.

Almost 90% of O/T is spam 100% of suspension is spam and even the new member area is spammed.

Doesn't any one moderate this?

You are correct..what a mess. The forum stats show more that 7600 members..I seriously
bet that at least 7000 are spammers!

What shame...the owner of this forum should at least hire a batch of moderators!

Wonder how may legit Isuzu members would want another "policed" forum?

 

I belong to a Volvo forum as well and they have multiple moderators in each section. Thy monitor the rules and keep running well Its hardly "policed" but this isn't a forum as its a shoe sales shop.

 

I feel the pain of spam here. I wanted a forum that talked about problems with installing aftermarket radio in my axiom and all I found was discounted sneakers.

 

it truly is a shame because trying to find any trooper love is a real p.i.m.a.

 

i'm guessing the entire forum isn't moderated even on a volunteer basis because the spam goes back too far into the record. it wouldn't take a moderator long to sort out and stop 95% of the spam.

 

i own a 86 trooper and i enjoy fixin up on it its a work in progres and i joined theis forum to help that progres and i doubt new discount shoes would make me a betr mechanic if anyone finds a spam free forum let me know and i will b there or if anyone would like to share wat they have done with their trooper let me know

 

Planetisuzoo.com - great forum. Very active, the people are friendly, and those guys really know Isuzus inside and out, backwards and forwards, even upside down. No spam, either. I came back here today because I got what appears to be spam form the mods - a virus warning pointing to some suspicious site. Can't even PM a reply - box full. Just had to check it out, but I will be deleting my account here, if I can.
