I have had my truck for about 2 years now, and havent had any problems so far =D. Well aside from the fact it will pick a couple of random days a month to burn oil pretty badly = \ (and I was made aware that the 3.2l will seize at a qt low, some times less...) but I can check the oil every week and be good w/ it. Prescott Valley Az. is a high desert so we dont get too much snow, but, when it snowed last time i hunted for some ice pact roads (atop mingus mountain actually) and my truck performed great, in tall snow and on the ice pact roads. I couldn't really say I bought my Isuzu because I really liked Isuzus ( I had heard good things though) but now I can say I am an Isuzu Fan.

Rodeo is a Passport is a Rodeo, right?

Default Burning oil

I bought mine brand new in 96 and burned through oil rather quickly. Took it to the dealer and they said it was within the standards. Had to put oil in it every week or so. Anyhow what I started doin over the years was to change the oil from 5w30, which is factory specs, to 10w40. Now I use high mileage 10w40 or 10w30 in winter. This has helped tremendously with the oil problems. Also been well over a quart oil needed on more than one occasion and engine never seized.
