What's up!? I'm very new to the isuzu world and just picked up my 91 pickup a few weeks ago and have a few questions.....

Okay back story of truck.... it has a body lift, sitting on 35 inch tires, 5spd.
Owner beat the hell out of it and I am in the process of rebuilding front hub to hub.. and also rebuildingredients the engine back to stock. It is a gm engine. now my issue is that when I search for parts Nissan hardbody parts come up as well.... are they the same parts? For instance my lift kit I want to buy for long arm? Or just my upper control arms... are they interchangeable? Need to know some info or know how or someone who's been in this spot before.... so any help would be appreciated. And I do all my work myself...
