Default No start/no fire when cold

You guys should have a good time with this one. I have a 1995 p/u 4x4 with 2.6 engine

It will not start, and has no fire, whenever the outside temperature is around 28 degrees or lower. Get above that, and it runs perfect. I have not been able to track it down. Took it to a shop, and of couse it warmed up in the shop and started for them. Problem still exists. I have changed ignition coil, disty cap, rotor. Did not help.
Whats left to look at or change? RockAuto has the whole distributor for a reasonable price, that im thinking of buying. There is also an ICM that could be the cause.
I would really like to know what it could be, and not throw more money at it.
Throw them ideas at me! TIA!

What? No takers? lol
I am sure this problem still exists. Drove the beast all year long. Starts up immediately and runs great as long as it is warm!

Alas though, it will be getting cold soon. The dreaded 28 degrees will be here!
Rockauto has the distributor for $133 and has the ICM for $76
I wanna say it has to be one of those
I hate to keep throwing money at it, so if anyone has any other idea what may be causing it to not spark, and no fire, when it is 28 degrees or lower outside, I'd appreciate it!
