engine diagnosis-using a scanner
Not had any response from my question posting elsewhere so here goes;
I'm trying to find a scanner that can read fault codes in all engine, body and chassis systems on my isuzu 2.5td pickup (2003)- model TFR.
I believe I have an immobiliser fault but the fault "engine check light" flashing isn't recorded under engine faults using my Elm 327 and pmc software.
Has anyone bought or used a scanner that allows access to all systems withing the vehicle not just the engine?
Isuzu dealers use Tech2 but no manufacturer seems to make a similar cheaper model for diy use.
