2001 Isuzu Trooper water leaking out of random hose when car is on.

2001 Isuzu Trooper water leaking out of random hose when car is on.
when i turn on the car i noticed water leaking on the floor.
When i popped the hood i checked all the water lines going to and from the radiator, everything seems to be okay with that.
Then i noticed that water was dripping out of a tiny hose that seems to come out of the passenger side (Glove compartment area) leading into the engine bay.
Im not quite sure if its leaking because of overflow, or if the hose is supposed to be connected to something else. Note that i bought the car 2 days ago and am still fixing things i run into here and there.
