I currently have a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. It has had problems with the windshield wipers where they would get stuck in the upwards postion. I would have to push them back down to get them started again. Now they won't move. I can here gears turning when I attempt to turn on my wipers, but no movement.

I checked to see if they were bolted to the swiper bar underneath the face plate. Which they were. I am now thinking it is either the motor went out or there is a disconnect in the region.

I was wondering how I can acces the motor to see if that really is the problem. Please any sugetions will be helpful.
