Starting Issue

I have a 99 amigo v6 rwd. So whenever it starts off of a cold start it takes about 5-8 seconds to start, after that it runs normally. Now say I left it sitting without running for a short amount of time like 10 min or so it starts up immediatly. Anyone know what is causing this?
