squeaky rear brakes

I am having noise issues with my 'Suzu. The rear disc squeak constantly, and the front sound like a horn going off every time I turn. They are both new sets. Any help?< src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" ="text/"></>< ="text/">_uacct = "UA-939292-44";
