Isuzu impulse will not start...

I have a 1988 isuzu impulse turbo that and some serious problems, I dont know what it could be, I do know that the car will not crank or start, also that the clucth is frozen to the floor too. when I put the in the battier everything comes on but nothing eals happens. I dont know what it is.

You should looked at CTS, may be its way off when it becomes cold. First you should replace it and after that checked out the wiring for the losing connection of impulse, then running to lean to warm up..
