Erratic idle

It is a 90 2.6L FI manual. It idles smooth until it warms up, then it revs hi and low on stops, and when engaging clutch. Thanks and look forward hearing some ideas.

the light is set up to automatically come on every 90k regardless of the o2 sensors condition..... the light stayed on even after replacement didn''t it???
i would suspect an air bubble in your coolant system or a vaccum leak.... the 2.6''s DONT like vaccum leaks....
