engine will not rev
Have a TF pickup, it will only rev very low, checked float on turbo and appears good, cant get the revs to pick up, also will blow white smoke from exhaust.
Thought it might be head gasket but water is still there and appears clean, she has 144k on the clock.
Any ideas what else to check before stripping ?
