I have a 1999 Izuzu Rodeo V6 that I am unable to read the error codes on. I have had 2 different readers attached and cannot get them to INIT on the connector under the dash. The guys at O'Rielly's told me it must be a fuse blown bt I have looked everywere and to no avail. I have an old ElmScan of my own and it will not initalize either. Does anyone have any idea what I can check next? I hate to take this to a dealer because all I'm trying to do is find out why I'm getting a intermittent check engine. I think the problem is either an O2 sensor or EGR error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The vehicle runs great and only has 91,000 on the odometer.
