Vehicle: 1998 Isuzu Rodeo, V6/ 3.2L, 4WD, Auto Trans, Power Windows, Power Locks, Cruise, A/C, All Factory items, No mods or after market items installed...

Issue: The 10 Amp Fuse that apparently controls the engagement of the 4WD, Power Windows, Windshield Wiper Delay, Rear Wiper and whatever else keeps blowing out... This has been going on for about 3 months now. I was just able to replace the fuse and it would blow after a period of time and progressively sooner and sooner as time has passed to the point now that even thought I turn everything off, then install the fuse, as soon as I insert the key and turn the ignition the fuse blows immediately.

I have even tried going to a larger amp fuse, but to now avail...

All other vehicle operations run normally...

I have searched all sorts of site, but nothing pops out to solve this issue..
