2004 Axioms came with a black mast approximately10 inches long, right?


When I bought my 2004 Axiom a few weeks ago, I didn't notice that the mast portion was missing. I can see it was mounted at the top rear of the vehicle. Is the outer antenna piece (the mast) a simple screw on/off design?

It is a screw on piece however it is common to break off in a auto carwash and the end will still be in the base. The easest way to remove is using "left handed" drill bit. It will grab the stud and twist it out fairly easy.
